Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kulchas: 4
  2. Cottage cheese/ paneer crushed: 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped: 1 small
  4. Tomato chopped: 1 small
  5. Bell peppers chopped: 4 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic GG paste: 1 tsp
  7. Oregano, parsley, salt, pepper
  8. Cheese spread
  9. Oil for saute
  10. Dip of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil
  2. Add GG paste, saute
  3. Add chopped onion, saute till they turn pink
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, bell pepper
  5. Saute for 2-3 min
  6. Add seasoning
  7. Add crumbled cottage cheese
  8. Stir everything together. Keep aside
  9. Flatten your Kulcha with rolling peat.
  10. Heat on a grill pan, till it softens and easy to roll without breaking
  11. Take off and spread a layer of cheese spread.
  12. Now place a layer of filling in the middle center.
  13. Now roll the kulcha in roll. It will roughly stick
  14. Grill in the pan on the corner end and it will heal fast because of melted cheese spread.
  15. Cut in two and serve with mustard sauce and dip of your choice
