ABOUT Makhane ki Kheer RECIPE

Rich in protein and calcium, makhana or fox-nut combines beautifully with low-fat milk to make a creamy and delicious kheer. A lacing of nutmeg powder and saffron lends an aesthetic touch to the Kheer.
