It lowers risk of heart attack ,cancer and cholesterol problem,detoxification of skin care,eye care,anti aging and increase immunity

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm broccoli
  2. 7-8 pcs amla murabba
  3. 1 litre milk
  4. 150 gm khoya
  5. 10 chopped almonds
  6. 7-8 raisins
  7. 7-8 walnut
  8. 3 tsp condensed milk
  9. 1 tsp Elaichi Powder
  10. 1 tsp+ 1 tbsp ghee
  11. 3-4 mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the broccoli
  2. Keep it in icy cold water
  3. It keeps fresh
  4. Boil the milk till it starts to become thick then add elaichi powder
  5. Then strain broccoli and add in it
  6. Keep it aside
  7. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in pan and add milk & broccoli mixture
  8. Add khoya and condensed milk
  9. Beat amla murabba in mixer and add in above mixture cook until it becomes thick
  10. Heat ghee in pan fry chopped almonds and walnut
  11. ADD raisins,almonds and walnut in halwa
  12. Garnish with mint leaves
