Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. cashews : 2 tsp
  2. almonds : 2 tsp
  3. ragi : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  4. red rice : 3 tsp
  5. barley : 4 tsp
  6. Tapioca Sago : 4 tsp
  7. Whole green gram : 4 tsp
  8. corn : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  9. white corn : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  10. wheat : 4 tsp
  11. foxtail millet : 4 tsp
  12. Dried green peas : 4 tsp
  13. roasted gram : 4 tsp
  14. peanut : 4 tsp
  15. Pearl millet : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  16. cardamom : 5

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients and grind it to make a smooth and soft powder
  2. Take 2 spoon health mix powder with water or  jaggery ( sugar ) water
  3. Cook low flame until it becomes thicker
  4. Add milk if needed
