Ingredients to make Health mix

  • cashews : 2 tsp
  • almonds : 2 tsp
  • ragi : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  • red rice : 3 tsp
  • barley : 4 tsp
  • Tapioca sago : 4 tsp
  • Whole green gram : 4 tsp
  • corn : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  • white corn : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  • wheat : 4 tsp
  • foxtail millet : 4 tsp
  • Dried green peas : 4 tsp
  • roasted gram : 4 tsp
  • peanut : 4 tsp
  • Pearl millet : 1 cup ( 100 g )
  • cardamom : 5

How to make Health mix

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients and grind it to make a smooth and soft powder
  2. Take 2 spoon health mix powder with water or  jaggery ( sugar ) water
  3. Cook low flame until it becomes thicker
  4. Add milk if needed
