ABOUT carrot salad. RECIPE

A tasty & healthy salad with grated carrots. It goes well as a sidedish for rice. There is no need of any cooking in this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. grated carrots 2
  2. grated coconut 1 tbsp
  3. finely chopped onion 1small
  4. green chillies 2, chopped
  5. curry leaves a few
  6. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. coconut oil 1tsp
  8. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients well.
  2. add coconut oil & lemon juice only at the time of serving.
  3. Always try to serve fresh.
  4. It tastes good when fresh or carrots will be soggy.
