Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dates 1 cup
  2. Water 1 and half cup
  3. Milk 1 cup


  1. For making Dates syrup::: Soak Dates in boiled water for 1 hr.
  2. Grind it nicely by using water.
  3. Now strain it and take watery consistency to cook.
  4. Boil that dates water till it reaches thick consistency like honey.stir well.
  5. Dates syrup is ready.save it in air tight glass container.
  6. In bowl add one cup of milk and 1 tsp of dates syrup.mix well.serve it to your little one.
