Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Amla 250 grms fresh
  2. 1 tbsp dry ginger pwdr
  3. 150 grms sugar
  4. 2 tbsp sugar powder


  1. Wash clean and patdry the Amlas
  2. Take a vessel and add enough water and let it boil
  3. Add the Amla and boil for 2 mins
  4. Remove the Amla and grate them
  5. Take a big glass jar add the grated Amla and add the ginger powder on top
  6. Now add the sugar on top and close the lid
  7. Next day you will see the sugar all melted and Amla floating
  8. Let it stay for 1 more day
  9. 3rd day Amla will settle in the bottom
  10. Drain the sugar water
  11. Dry the Amla in sunlight for 2 days
  12. Sprinkle powdered sugar and store in airtight container
  13. Add sugar
