Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm. mutton (with bone)
  2. 1 onion
  3. 5-6 garlic cloves
  4. I inch ginger chopped
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 1/2 tap cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tap fennel seeds
  8. 1/2tsp coriander seeds
  9. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  10. 7-8 black pepper
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  12. 1 Tbsp oil
  13. 1 green chili
  14. salt to tast

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash the matron properly
  2. Grind Half onion and 3-4garlic cloves and ginger make a fine paste
  3. heat oil in a cooker and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and whole coriander, ajwain and black pepper and half of onion chopped and ginger garlic stir well now add onion paste stir Well add mutton and Garam masala stir well ‎ after 5 minutes add 4cup of water ‎salt and take 6 whistle
  4. after opening the cooker add pepper powder
  5. now soup is ready
  6. garnish with chopped coriander and lemon slice.
