Generally Oats are not liked by all because of blandness and texture . Try my way ,i have cooked it deliciously with crunch of tasty and healthy Mixed veggies with little spice to enhance its taste...do try for sure

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oat meal 1 cup
  2. Broccoli florets 1 cup
  3. Green peas 1/2 cup
  4. Finely chopped onion 1
  5. Chopped carrot 1 cup
  6. Chopped green chilly 1 to 2
  7. Oil 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Garam masala 1/4 th teaspoon
  10. Warm water 3 to 4 cups
  11. Chopoed coriander for garnishing ( optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and add Broccoli florets, chopped carrot , pea it's and finely chopped onion .. saute for a minute on high heat
  2. Add oat meal and chopped green chilly to it and sauté for a minute
  3. Add warm water , salt to taste and pinch of Garam masala .. mix well and give it a proper boil and it's ready to serve
  4. Garnish as you like and serve hot
