Bitter gourd can prevent cancer cells from multiplying. Bitter gourd  contains antioxidants that help to flush out your system. This improves your metabolism and digestive systems, thus helping you lose weight quickly.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bitter gourd
  2. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Curry leaves
  4. grated Coconut : 3 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Oil
  10. Onion : 1


  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute mustard seed, Fennel seeds, Curry leaves, Onion for 2 mins.
  2. Add chopped bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add some water, Chilly powder and keep cook for 5 min .
  4. Add grated coconut and switch off the flame.
