Chocolate Mousse (Eggless)

Ingredients to make Chocolate Mousse (Eggless)

  • 1 1/2 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate compound ( roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 th cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 5-6 Strawberries for garnishing

How to make Chocolate Mousse (Eggless)

  1. In a bowl take Whipping cream and add powdered sugar. Beat it till stiff peaks are formed. Melt the dark chocolate with 1/4 th cup of milk in microwave.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, allow it to cool till it reaches room temperature.Now mix it with whipping cream and add vanilla essence.
  3. Gently fold the cream with chocolate mixture.Do not stir the cream vigorously.Fill the mousse in glass bowls. Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
  4. Mousse is ready. Garnish it with strawberries & sprinklers. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Here i have taken whipped cream more than chocolate to give it a light colour. you can reverse ratio of chocolate-cream
