ABOUT Coriander Yogurt Chutney.... RECIPE

A yummy accompaniment to your daily meals. It is a handy one too for a quick option for our meals. It is done in a matter of just a few minutes. This can be stored for a long time too. A perfect one even for samosas, patties, kachoris and for umpteen number of Indian chaats. A versatile chutney in all. Happy Blending !!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Coriander leaves and stems chopped 2 cups
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Yogurt 3-5 tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Garlic mince 1 tbsp
  6. Oil 1 tbsp
  7. Green chillies 3-4

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the coriander leaves along with the stems.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Saute cumin, garlic and green chillies for a minute.
  4. Add this to a blender along with yogurt and chopped coriander leaves and stems.
  5. Add salt according to taste and blend on high.
  6. The chutney will be done in 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Do not add water.
  8. Add more yogurt if required.
  9. Store this in airtight container in the refrigerator and relish upto 15 days.
