Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Garlic 30 pods
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Milk 2 cups

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add milk, garlic, cumin seeds, salt and mix well.
  2. Add required water ( 1 and 1/2 ) Close the cooker and cook for 15 min.
  3. Serve with coconut thugayal and milk
