Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Thin coconut milk 1 and half cup
  3. Thick coconut milk 1 cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. Garlic pods 4


  1. Soak rice for 10 minutes
  2. Put rice and garlic pods and salt in pressure cooker and add 4 and half cup water
  3. Keep flame in Simmer and switch off after 4 whistles
  4. Once the pressure is settled Open the lid
  5. Add thin coconut milk and keep flame in simmer and mix well
  6. Once the water settles with rice add thick coconut milk
  7. switch off the flame
  8. Serve hot
