Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  5. Coconut milk or coconut pieces 2
  6. Salt as required
  7. Ghee 2 tsp
  8. Cardamom 2
  9. Cinnamon stick small
  10. Coriander leaves as required
  11. Sa

Instructions

  1. In pressure cooker heat ghee,add cardamom and chinnamon.add onion saute it till golden brown.
  2. Add tomato,ginger garlic paste,wait for 2 min.add salt,coconut paste or coconut milk.
  3. Add cup of water.boil it for 5 min
  4. Now add rice.and wait for 3 whistles.
  5. Coconut rice is ready to serve.
