Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coconut milk 1 cup
  2. Coconut paste 4 tsp
  3. Rice 1 cup
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Onion 1 and half
  6. Tomato 2 nd half
  7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves as required
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pressure cooker heat oil add onion saute it well
  2. After add ginger garlic paste.and then tomato,salt,chilli powder
  3. Now add coconut milk and coconut paste.
  4. Add rice.boil it.after add water.wait for 3 whistles.
  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and then serve.
