Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For balls; .
  2. 1 cup Rice flour and corn starch
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. Pinch of red colour, yellow colour , green colour , blue colour or colours of your choice
  7. For syrup : 400 ml coconut milk
  8. 3/4 cup milk
  9. 1/4 cup sugar
  10. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  1. Method for balls: Mix all powders.
  2. Add little little water and make a smooth Dough. Divided into four parts.
  3. Add different colours to each part
  4. Boil 3 glasses of water in a pot. When water is boiling add balls in.
  5. Cover and boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. After taking out from hot water put in cold water
  7. For Syrup- In a pan add coconut milk, milk,sugar, cardamom powder., Boil for 3 minutes.
  8. Let it cool down for 5 minutes at room temperature.
  9. After that cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
  10. In a serving plate pour syrup and arrange the balls . serve and enjoy.
