Ingredients to make Healthy whole wheat pasta in oats white sauce

  • 1 bowl boil whole wheat pasta
  • 2 mushroom cut in quaters
  • 3-4 brocoli florates
  • 6-7 carrot pieces
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oats powder
  • 1.4 c milk
  • 1 tsp mixed herb
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli flask

How to make Healthy whole wheat pasta in oats white sauce

  1. First boil the pasta.
  2. now chop vegetables n heat one tsp oil in pan then add garlic.
  3. now add vegetables.
  4. stir fry it on high flame 3-4 mins. take out in a bowl.
  5. now heat 1 tsp. add oats flour.
  6. fry it n then add milk little by little n mix well.
  7. when it thick add salt , mix herb pasta n vegetables.
  8. fry it for 2 mins.
  9. serve it n top with mi x herb n chilli flask.

My Tip:

For making oats powder roast oats for 3-4 mins n then grind it.
