Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm wheat spiral pasta
  2. 200 gm. Cow's milk paneer
  3. 1 cup masala oats
  4. 1 bunch (approx. 150 gm.) Chopped spinach
  5. 1 big onion diced
  6. 100 gm. Broccoli diced
  7. 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  8. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  9. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil
  11. 150 to 200 ml. Skim milk
  12. 4 slice of wheat bread
  13. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Roast oats keep aside.
  2. 2. Cook pasta with salt till cooked but retains bite.
  3. 3. Make paneer sauce with milk, paneer, pepper powder, oregano, oats.
  4. 4. Make a smooth paste.
  5. 5. Heat oil add onion diced. Cook 2 min. Or till translucent. Add broccoli. Cook 2 min. Add spinach Add basil leaves chopped
  6. 6. Cook 5 min.
  7. 7. Add paneer sauce.
  8. 8. Add salt required
  9. 9. Cook more 3 to 5 min.
  10. 10. Serve hot with garlic bread
