Ingredients to make Healthy Whole Wheat Samosa

  • For the dough:
  • wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • water as required
  • For filling:
  • Mashed paneer 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green coriander 4 teaspoon
  • chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Healthy Whole Wheat Samosa

  1. Dough:
  2. Take flour. Add salt. Knead a hard dough using water.
  3. Filling:
  4. Mix all filling ingredients.
  5. Make small balls. Roll thin small roti's.
  6. Cut into half. Put a little filling. Seal like a samosa shape.
  7. Preheat microwave at 200 degree centigrade.
  8. Put samosa on microwave tray. Rub all samosa with oil.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or till it becomes of golden colour.
  10. Serve with mint chutney.

My Tip:

Dough should be hard. Samosa covering should be thin.
