Whole wheat baked samosa

Ingredients to make Whole wheat baked samosa

  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • water for making dough
  • 1/2 c Boiled n mashed potato
  • 2 tbsp peas
  • hing a pinch
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp corriender powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp corriender n green chilli chopped
  • salt to taste

How to make Whole wheat baked samosa

  1. First add salt n oil in flour n mix it.
  2. now add water n make a dough .
  3. cover the dough with wet cloth.
  4. for filling heat 1 tsp oil in kadai n add hing n cumin seeds.
  5. when they crakle add potato peas n all spices.
  6. fry it 3-4 mins.
  7. finally add green chilli n corriender leaves.
  8. now cool the filling.
  9. now make balls from dough.
  10. now roll out ball n cut in semi circle.
  11. now fill the filling n shape in samosa.
  12. join corners with water.
  13. now preheat oven at 180 for 10 mins.
  14. bake it 20 -25 mins at 180.

My Tip:

U can set time according ur otg.
