Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Oil as required
  3. Water as required
  4. Coriander leaves 2 spoon
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Salt as required
  8. Red chill powder 1 tsp
  9. Garam masala 1 tsp
  10. Boiled Potato 3

Instructions

  1. In bowl add wheat flour,oil and water,salt to make a smooth dough.keep aside for 30 min
  2. For stuffing::: In bowl add boiled potato,red chilli powder,Garam masala,lemon juice,salt mix it well.and make a dough
  3. Divide prepared dough into equal parts, give them a round shape and press them flatten
  4. Now take wheat dough in rolling pin and roll circle shape now Put one portion of stuffing in the center of it.
  5. Wrap stuffing ball by lifting all sides of rolled circle towards top, seal the edges and again give it a round ball shape.now roll it.dont roll too thin.
  6. In hot tawa .apply ghee or oil put paratha cook on both sides by using oil.
  7. Repeat the flip till golden.serve it hot with raida.
