Mint raita

Ingredients to make Mint raita

  • pudina / mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • curd - 1 cup
  • green chilly - 2
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp

How to make Mint raita

  1. In a blender add mint leaves / pudina,green chilly and 1 tbsp curd to make a paste.
  2. Beat the curd.
  3. Sprinkle black salt, salt,sugar and roasted cumin powder.
  4. Add mint leaves paste and mix well.
  5. Serve with biryani
