Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cabbage 1/2
  2. Toor dal 1/4 cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Oil as required
  5. Curry leaves as required
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Onion 1
  8. Green chilli 2


  1. In pressure cooker boil dal with water for 2 whistles.keep aside.
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,green chilli,chopped onion and shredded cabbage fry for 10 min
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water and add salt.close the lid.wait for 10-15 min.
  4. Now add cooked dal and fry for 5-10 min.cabbage dal fry is ready.
