Made a delicious cabbage fry with fresh coconut and chana dal.

Hyderabad Cabbage Coconut Fry

Ingredients to make Hyderabad Cabbage Coconut Fry

  • 1kg cabbage finely grated
  • 2cup coconut fresh and grated
  • 1tsp mustard seeds
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 3 green chillies chopped
  • 1tsp chana dal soaked
  • A pinch of turmeric

How to make Hyderabad Cabbage Coconut Fry

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, ginger juliens and green chillies and saute for a minute
  2. Now add chana dal, curry leaves and coconut and stir
  3. Now add cabbage and turmeric and saute for 5mins
  4. Ready garnish with coriander leaves
