Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice(Leftover rice)
  2. 1cup curd
  3. Some curry leaves
  4. 1/2tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1pinch hing
  7. 1/2tsp gretted ginger
  8. 2green chillies chopped
  9. Some freshly chopped coriander leaves
  10. 2tbsp pomogranate seeds
  11. Oil 1tsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add curd, rice, and salt give it a good mix.
  2. Take a pan add oil when oil is heat then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  3. When mustard seeds and cumin seeds started crackling then add hing, green chillies Curry leaves and ginger mix them And saute them few seconds.
  4. Now transper this tadka in a curd rice bowl mix it.now add pomogranate seeds and coriander leaves mix it.now chill this curd rice atleast 5min.
  5. Now take out a serving plate and topping some pomegranate seeds and serve it.
