Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana - 4
  2. Corn flour - 4 tbsp
  3. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Chopped green chilly - 2
  8. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - for frying
  11. Semolina/suji - 2 tbsp
  12. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil raw banana in a pressure cooker.
  2. Remove the skin of the banana and mash it.
  3. Add grated ginger,coriander powder,red chilly powder,cardamom powder,green chilly,salt,lemon juice, coriander leaves and corn flour and mix well.
  4. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  5. All the balls are made in the same way.
  6. Coat with semolina/suji
  7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kabab in medium flame.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup
