Raw Banana seekh kebab.

Ingredients to make Raw Banana seekh kebab.

  • Plantain | raw banana - 4
  • potatoes- 2 medium
  • salt to taste
  • ginger + green chili paste - 1 tsp
  • cumin Powder- 1 tsp
  • Garom masala powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves- one handful, roughly chopped
  • Sattu or roasted besan - 2 tbsp

How to make Raw Banana seekh kebab.

  1. Boiled raw banana and potatoes in pressure cooker.
  2. Then peel raw banana or plantains then smash raw bananas and boiled potatoes with the help of a smasher or with your palm.
  3. Now add salt to taste, ginger, green chili paste, sattu or roasted besan and all dry spices with coriander leaves
  4. Mix everything well with boiled plantains or raw bananas and potatoes to make a soft dough.
  5. Meanwhile heat a tawa with little oil
  6. Take a medium portion from the mixture.
  7. Take wooden skewer. Wrap the mixture around skewer, the length should be about to 3-4 inches.
  8. Now place the kebab on the medium hot tawa. Shallow fry the kebab till golden brown
  9. Kebab is ready now . Serve raw banana seekh kebab with green chutney and imli chutney.
