Ingredients to make Custrad flavour Jaggery vermicelli

  • 1/4 cup vermicelli
  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • 1 lit milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Mixed dryfruits
  • 1 tsp custard powder

How to make Custrad flavour Jaggery vermicelli

  1.  Take 3 tbsp water and jaggery in vessel and melt the jaggery strain syrup and keep aside. Heat pan add 1/4 tsp ghee and roast vermicelli til light brown and take out vermicelli in plate.
  2. In 1 tbsp milk mix custrad podwer
  3. In same pan start boiling milk.when milk start boiling add vermicelli and dryfruits ..cook vermicelli til they become soft..
  4. Add custard syrup , jaggery syrup and cook till vermicelli get nice consistency.
  5. At last add cardamom powder and cook for few minutes and turn off gas.
  6. serve hot or cold
