Ingredients to make Healty veggie oats appe

  • 1c semolina
  • 1/2 c oats powder
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion finally chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 capsicum finally chopped
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp corriender leaves
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp curd
  • water as needed for making batter
  • oil

How to make Healty veggie oats appe

  1. First mix all flours salt garam masala and curd.
  2. mix well.
  3. now add all vegetables except oil and baking soda.
  4. now make a batter n add baking soda and rest it for 20 mins.
  5. now heat a appe pan n grease with oil.
  6. now pour batter in pan.
  7. when it not fully cook from upside its turn so that it make soft and cook from both sides.
  8. now fry from both sides.
  9. Appe is ready. eat with ketchup or chuttney.

My Tip:

turning of appe is important. otherwise it become flat n hard.
