  2. Cumin seeds 10 gm
  3. Fenugreek seeds 10 gm
  4. Nigella seeds 10 gm
  5. Aniseed 10 gm

  1. Put a pan on flame when it is hot add all masala to this.
  2. Dry roast these for 2 minutes and stir constantly. After 2 minutes put the flame of.
  3. When it is cool, put it into a mixer and make a powder. Your masala is ready.
  4. Store it into a dry airtight container and use it when you needed.
