Ingredients to make Home made Mix-veg sabzi dhabha style

  • 1/2 kg cauliflower (small florets)
  • 2 medium size potatoes diced
  • 3 finely chopped medium size tomatoes
  • 1 small carrot diced
  • 100g peas
  • 2 finely chopped carrots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  • green fresh garlic chopped
  • cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • Half cup oil
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • 4 tablespoon fresh cream

How to make Home made Mix-veg sabzi dhabha style

  1. wash all vegetables separately very well drain keep aside
  2. heat oil in pan on medium flame add cumin seeds. ginger garlic paste along with cauliflower cook 10 minuets cook till 50% cooked and transfer to the plate,
  3. In the same pan add chopped carrots potatoes , beans and peas sauté them 10 minuets.
  4. now add chopped tomatoes green chilli chopped tomatoes and along with all spices mix well. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  5. After 20 minutes check if vegetables are cooked through add chopped fresh green garlic. mix well you can add fresh cream mix well .
  6. sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves serve hot with chapati.

My Tip:

This mix veg curry is different from homestyle dry mixed vegetable sabzi. In Dry Mixed vegetable sabzi there is no gravy at all, It is one of the best mixed vegetable side dish to serve with Dal chapati or paratha etc.
