Mix veg sabzi is a semi preparation. almost looks like a dry mixed veg sabzi. You can use vegetables as per your choice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg cauliflower (small florets)
  2. 2 medium size potatoes diced
  3. 3 finely chopped medium size tomatoes
  4. 1 small carrot diced
  5. 100g peas
  6. 2 finely chopped carrots
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  8. green fresh garlic chopped
  9. cumin seeds
  10. 1 tablespoon red chilli pepper
  11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  13. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  14. salt to taste
  15. Half cup oil
  16. coriander leaves chopped
  17. 4 tablespoon fresh cream


  1. wash all vegetables separately very well drain keep aside
  2. heat oil in pan on medium flame add cumin seeds. ginger garlic paste along with cauliflower cook 10 minuets cook till 50% cooked and transfer to the plate,
  3. In the same pan add chopped carrots potatoes , beans and peas sauté them 10 minuets.
  4. now add chopped tomatoes green chilli chopped tomatoes and along with all spices mix well. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  5. After 20 minutes check if vegetables are cooked through add chopped fresh green garlic. mix well you can add fresh cream mix well .
  6. sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves serve hot with chapati.
