Chicken chunks roll

Ingredients to make Chicken chunks roll

  • chicken boneless 1/4 kg
  • Himalayan salt according to taste
  • Greenchillies 3 and make Paste out of it if long use two
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Redchilli flakes depends on ur spiciness i prefer tsp
  • coriander leaves less then handful
  • Fir filling
  • Hungcurd 4 tbsp
  • Himalayan salt
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp

How to make Chicken chunks roll

  1. Take boneless chicken mince it and keep aside
  2. Add all ingredients mentioned above .and blend it very well in blender
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
  4. Take a baking tray spread parchment paper and spread the chicken mince and put and on top of it put another parchment paper and bake at 250 c for 25 mts
  5. After it's baked cut in to strips and put the filling and serve it with chutney

My Tip:

U can even make filling out mayonnise and mustard sauce or tahini paste
