Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the gooseberry into small pieces.discard seeds.soak salt with gooseberry for 1-2 hrs and strain them.
  2. keep gooseberries in sunlight. dry until all the moisture evaporates and it is completely dry.store it in airtight container.
