Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 kg gooseberry grated
  2. 1 kg Sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 10 gms black salt
  5. 1 glass water
  6. 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated gooseberry. Saute until golden brown. Keep it aside
  2. Add black salt and lemon juice to gooseberry and mix well
  3. In another pan , add water and sugar, mix well and bring to boil. Add cooked gooseberry and mix well. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Store in air tight container and Refrigerate upto 3 months
  5. Enjoy with milk or on empty stomach.
