ABOUT A healthy salad. RECIPE

A tasty & nutritious salad that can be taken for breakfast or dinner. Almost all ingredients added in it has it s own good properties.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. cooked white chick pea 1 cup
  2. boiled egg white 1 chopped.
  3. capsicum , tomato,cucumber,carrot, cabbage, onion ,altogether 1 cup, finely chopped
  4. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
  6. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Olive oil 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients . add vinegar ,olive oil & salt, only at the time of serving.
  2. & serve.
