Ingredients to make Schezwan rolls

  • Bread slice 5
  • Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tesp
  • Green chilies 2
  • salt 3/4 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • Schezwan chutney 2 tbsp
  • cottage cheese 150 gms
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Schezwan rolls

  1. TEAR 5 BREAD SLICES IN A GRINDER JAR.
  2. GRIND.
  3. GRIND.
  4. TRANSFER GROUND SLICES IN A BOWL. ADD 2 TBSP GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TESP GINGER PASTE, 2 CHILIES.
  5. ADD 3/4 TESP SALT AND 1/2 TESP BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
  6. ADD 2 TBSP SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY.
  7. MIX WELL.
  8. MIX WELL.
  9. ADD 1 CUP GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE.
  10. PINCH SMALL PORTION OF MIXTURE AND SHAPE INTO CUTLET.
  11. SHAPE WHOLE MIXTURE.
  12. HEAT OIL TO DEEP FRY. ADD ROLLED CUTLETS AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  13. WHEN CRISP AND GOLDEN REMOVE TO ABSORBENT PAPER.
