Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter 1cup (homemade or ready)
  2. 1 small onion (thin sliced)
  3. 1 small capcisum (thin sliced)
  4. 1 small carrot (thin sliced)
  5. oregano
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Schezwan sauce (homemade or store bought)
  8. 2 Cheese cube
  9. Schezwan sauce
  10. Cheese (any)
  11. butter

Instructions

  1. Take a dosa pan.pour 2tbsp of batter n make a crispy dosa.lay some butter on it
  2. Take little oil and saute onion capsicum and carrot.add schezwan sauce n salt to it.its ready
  3. After it becomes little crispy pour 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce and with the help of spoon spread it.
  4. Now spread the vegtables mix that we prepared earlier and grate the lot of cheese on it.cheese gives the yummy taste.you can even spread some oregano n chilli flakes
  5. Let it take some time to get crispy
  6. Now roll the dosa and cut it like spring rolls Your schezwan dosa is ready
