Cheesy Schezwan Dosa

Ingredients to make Cheesy Schezwan Dosa

  • Dosa batter 1 cup
  • Schezwan sauce 3-4 tsp
  • Grated cheese 3/4 cup or as required
  • Veggies of your choice (I did'nt use any)
  • Oregano for seasoning (I did'nt use it as the sauce in itself is very flavourful)

How to make Cheesy Schezwan Dosa

  1. Take the dosa batter and spread it on a skillet with the help of a laddle. Spread it into a thin layer.
  2. Pour some oil on the sides. I like to make it oil-free on a non-stick pan.
  3. Take some sauce in a spoon and spread it over the dosa or in the middle. Don't spread too much, the sauce is very spicy.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over middle of the dosa and let it melt.
  5. Flap the sides of dosa over each other and take it off from the heat.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce and some mayonnaise.

My Tip:

Always take out the batter from fridge 30-40 mins before using it. You can use any cheese. I used a mixture of processed cheese and mozzarella cheese.
