Awesome flavour of spicy Schezwan sauce with south flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa Batter as needed
  2. Schezwan Sauce as needed
  3. Butter as needed
  4. For Potato Masala:
  5. Oil – 1 tblspn
  6. Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal – 1 tsp
  8. Curry leaves a few
  9. Asafoetida a pinch
  10. Onions – 1 medium size chopped finely
  11. Ginger – 2 tsp chopped finely
  12. Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
  13. Grated Cheese 2-3 tbspn
  14. Potato – 2 large boiled and slightly mashed
  15. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Coriander leaves 2 tsp chopped finely


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard, urad dal, asafoetida and curry leaves. Let them crackle
  2. Add in ginger and saute for a min.
  3. Add in onions, chillies and saute well.
  4. Add in salt and turmeric powder and mix properly.
  5. Add in some water and bring it to a boil.
  6. Add in mashed potatoes and mix well
  7. Now add in the coriander leaves and mix well , add make theMasala ready
  8. Now to make dosa, spread dosa batter thinly, spoon in some butter and schezwan sauce. Spread it evenly. Spoon potato filling over it, let it crisp up, fold from both sides.
  9. Grate some cheese on it when its hot..
