Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter 1cup (homemade or ready made)
  2. Onion (thin sliced) 1
  3. Small capsicum (thin sliced) 1
  4. Small carrot (thin sliced) 1
  5. Oregano
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Schezwan sauce (homemade or store bought)
  8. Cheese cube 2
  9. Schezwan sauce as per taste
  10. Cheese (any)
  11. Butter


  1. Take a dosa pan,pour 2 tablespoon of batter and make a crispy dosa .Apply some butter on it
  2. Take little oil and saute onion capsicum and carrot.Add schezwan sauce and salt to it.
  3. After it becomes little crispy add 1 tablespoon of schezwan sauce and with the help of spoon spread it.
  4. Now spread the vegtables mix prepared earlier and grate cheese on it.Cheese gives the yummy taste
  5. It take some time to get crispy
  6. Now roll the dosa and cut it like spring rolls .Your schezwan dosa is ready
