Any girl who has got a mood swing will be happy to have cheese. That too when it has to be made in a jiffy you can choose dosa when the batter is available in fridge.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. Cheese ( of your choice) - 1 cube
  3. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - a pinch
  5. Oil for dosa


  1. Pour dosa on a pan and grate cheese over it
  2. Season some salt if you need and add chilli flakes
  3. Pour oil over the dosa and cover it with a lid with medium flame
  4. Do not flip the dosa. Once the cheese is melted the dosa is cooked remove from pan and serve with chutney/ketchup
