Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot grated 2 bowl
  2. Ghee 1tbsp
  3. Milk powder 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar as pr taste
  5. Cashewnut chopped 2 tsp
  6. Almonds chopped 10-12
  7. Raisins 20
  8. Pistachio chopped 2 tsp
  9. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  10. For net wrape..
  11. Cornflour 2 ts
  12. Plain flour 2 tsp
  13. Watet as par need

Instructions

  1. Take pan add ghee and heat it. Now add grated carrot cover it with lid and cook on low flame.
  2. Now add milk powder cook till it leaves side of pan.
  3. Now add powder sugar and chopped nuts .
  4. Now keep it for cooling
  5. For net.
  6. Take a bowl and put it cornflour and plainflour with the help of water make batter.
  7. Fill this batter in cone and make net on nonstick tawa.
  8. Wrap carrot paak in net and serve it .
