ABOUT Stuffed jaggery cashew paratha RECIPE

AThis is a very nutritous recipe for kids and youngsters for winter season.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/4 cup(as your tast) grated
  3. cashew powder 2 tsp
  4. Pinch of grated nutmeg
  5. Ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl put wheatflour and add some water to make a soft dough
  2. Now roll a roti and Put grated jaggery and chashew powder and pinch of nutmeg powder on it and spread all side of roti properly and cover it and roll it again
  3. take a tawa put roti and aply ghee and shallow fry both side till its golden in colour
  4. now healthy and tasty jaggery chashew stuffed paratha is ready
  5. garnish with jaggery and chashew and serve it.
