ABOUT Stuffed Qeema Paratha RECIPE

Yummy and mouth watering brunch of minced mutton is a new version of paratha for non-veg eater.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton Qeema 500 gm
  2. Onion 2 finely chopped
  3. Green Chillies 8 finely chopped
  4. Coriander leaves 1 cup finely chopped
  5. Garlic cloves 10-12 chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For paratha dough
  9. Wheat flour 2 cups
  10. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Kalaunji or Nigella 1 teaspoon
  12. Water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take mutton qeema, chopped onion+green chillies+ garlic+coriander leaves and salt.mix well and keep aside.
  2. Now take a broad bowl, add wheat flour, salt, kalaunji and mix well with hand and knead the soft dough with water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now divide the dough in 10-12 equal portions. Take one portion of the dough, dust with flour and roll it into a circle of 3-4 " in diameter.
  4. Put one tablespoon of qeema stuffing in the center, close the edges.
  5. Do the same with rest of the dough.
  6. Now make the parathas of all the remaining stuffed dough.
  7. Fry with oil on tawa.
  8. Serve hot with green chilli and coriander chutney.
