Ingredients to make LEFTOVER KHICHDI POTATO TIKKI BURGER

  • 1 cup leftover khidchi
  • 2-3 boiled potato
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp green coriender
  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • butter ya oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 3-4 slice cucumber
  • black pepper and salt for sprinkle

How to make LEFTOVER KHICHDI POTATO TIKKI BURGER

  1. Mash boil potato.
  2. grind leftover khichdi .
  3. And mix it khichdi and potato mixture.
  4. Add chopped coriender, salt , mango powder, jeera powder and 1 tsp oil and mix properly.
  5. Give it the shape of tikki and shallow fry till is golden brown.
  6. Cut the bun and spread the mayonnaise.
  7. Put the tomato slice , cucumber slice and put tikki and sprinkle black pepper and salt
  8. Cover it with the other half of bun
