Ingredients to make Healthy Baked Soya Kachori Chat

  • 1 cup soya flour
  • 1 grated beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons curd
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander Leaves
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • salt as per taste

How to make Healthy Baked Soya Kachori Chat

  1. Put Soya flour in bowl add salt, chat masala and make dough.
  2. Now in grated beetroot add salt, black pepper and mix it.
  3. Take Puri size dough and in center put beetroot and closed it.
  4. Make all kachori like this.
  5. Then in air fryer baked this kachori for 20 minutes in 180 degree centigrade.
  6. Then take out kachori from air fryer and hole in center add curd, black salt, red chilli powder, grated beetroot, green chilli, chat masala, coriander leaves and arrange it in plate.
  7. Your healthy chat is ready.
