ABOUT Fish in Cheese Sauce RECIPE

Fish is a good source of protein.Cheese is also a good source of protein and calcium. When you will serve fish fried in a little oil with some sautéed vegetables and homemade fish sauce for dinner then it will be a healthy dish as it is less carbohydrate dish.There is no rice,roti or bread as we all know that consuming heavy carbohydrates at night is not good for health.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish Fillets-500grams (cut into one palm sized)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Black Pepper to taste
  4. Maida or flour-2teasooons+1/2teaspoon
  5. Cheese-1/2cup (grated)
  6. Butter-1/2tsp+1/2tsp
  7. Milk-1cup
  8. Parsley chopped -1teaspoon
  9. Vegetable oil-1/4 tsp+1/4tsp
  10. Spinach -2cup (cleaned and washed )
  11. Red chilli -2
  12. French beans-1/2cup (cut into medium sized)
  13. Garlic-1 teaspoon chopped

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish and rub both sides
  2. Take 2sp maida or flour on a plate,coat the fish pieces,shake the fish pieces to remove extra flour
  3. Heat 1tsp butter in a pan and fry the fish pieces on low flame..Cook until both sides are golden brown
  4. Remove the fried fish pieces on a plate
  5. Hest 1/2tsp butter in a pan,add 1/2tsp maida, fry for a second ,add milk,salt and pepper, when the milk will start boiling, simmer the gas and add grated cheese.Cook few seconds or until save will be thicken. Add chopped parsley
  6. Boil spinach leaves in a bowl of water for 2 to 3 minutes then drain the water and soak the boiled spinach leaves into ice water for 5 minutes and then drain the water.
  7. Steam beans (add water in a cooker and add beans,cover the lid without whistle and cook for few minutes until all water will be evaporated or you can use steamer if you have
  8. Heat 1/4tsp vegetable oil in a pan,add chopped garlic and then steamed beans,added salt and pepper and mix and stir..keep in that plate where we have kept fish
  9. Heat 1/4tsp vegetable oil in a pan..add red chili then add spinach. .salt and sauté for few minutes and keep on the plate with fish and beans
  10. Now pour fish sauce in a fried fish and serve the fish with green bean salad and sauté spinach. .
  11. Now enjoy your heathy but tasty dinner..who says healthy food is not tasty? ??
