Cheesy Sausages in Onion Sauce is my innovative fusion recipe served as an appetiser where in the Syracuse blend 7 in one spice enhances the flavour of the onion sauce, the seasame adds crunchiness to the sauce and the cheese makes the sauce moist and flavourful.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sausages 2-4
  2. Mozrella cheese 20gms
  3. Onion sliced 1 big
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black Pepper to taste
  6. Syracuse 7 in 1 blend 2 tablespoon
  7. Seasame seeds roasted 1 teaspoon
  8. cornflour 1 tablespoon
  9. Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  10. Hot chilli sauce 3 tablespoon
  11. sugar 1 tablespoon
  12. Oil 2 tablespoon
  13. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Defrost the frozen sausages and pat dry.
  2. Make a slit in between the sausages, put shredded cheese and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir fry the sausages in the pan till golden brown and keep aside.
  4. Take oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions till translucent.
  5. Put syracuse spice, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce to the onions.
  7. Add cornflour mixed with water and mix till you get sauce like consistency. Check for the seasoning and adjust.
  8. Mix and it becomes brown in colour.
  9. Now plate it. Put the slit sausages on the plate and pour the onion dauce over it. Garnish with seasame and chopped coriander.
  10. Serve as an appetiser. Enjoy.
